My company reimburses me for my personal 3G account. I phoned the call center 6 times and they kept sending me the wrong statement. I need a statement that actually says i am being billed for 3G. The statement i keep getting says i am billed for Z485884574# that ref number means nothing to me i need it to say 3G. I have proof that these statements do exist. Pls get a manager to call me. Call center is useless!
