Poor service and incorrect billing

I bought furniture on credit from JD store in 2012 october for the amount of 50.000. I settled the amount on the account round April 2013, settlement amount was 20.000. However, my bank account was debitted the following month (may). I went to the same store I bought furniture from, they assured me they have communicated with their financial department this won't happen again. The last I visited the store was the 1st week of august about the same problem. I have given the store enough time to solve this problem, 4months to be accurate. Every month I have to visit the store for a refund as I was wrongfull debitted. Whn I visited the store 1st week of august I was there to get my refund. I was assisted by a rude lady who lacks customer service her name is sabrina credit controller of jd. She made this process so difficult that i brought this to the attention of the area manager joseph, with the evidence I provide to him he agreed that sabrina was rude and has inherrited rotten customer service. Joseph and I agreed that sabrina is to write a letter of apology. joseph is not taking calls my and has not gotten back to me as agreed, also i have a recording of sabrina's lack of customer serv
