I moved into my first home, and as a gift I was given a duvet set bought from Sheet Street. A week after having the bedding on I noticed that only the side seem had come undone and there was now a gaping hole.
I put this down to a once off and didn't think that there was much that could be done as the duvet had been used.
I went and bought a different duvet (colour design etc) set last week from Sheet Street. Yesterday, I noticed that there was another hole along the seam where the two different materials meet on cover. Youcan clearly see this is not ripped but simply frayed and detached. Again a week after purchase.
This is obviously a flaw sheet street has with its products. I find this completely unacceptable. Its not the cheapest but the quality reflects that.
