Duplicate payment (overdraft)

I'm using a Master card with FNB and I made a purchase of R3 743.01 at Pick n' Pay on the 30th of April 2013 and the amount was reserved till the 2nd of May 2013, it was deducted off my account, then I got an Alert form FNB on the 15th of June 2013 at 7:15am saying I made a purchase of the same amount at Pick n' Pay Corp Calton.
on the 18nth of June 2013 I got a message again from FNB saying I must made Adjustments before 16:00pm or FNB will Dishonour me.
I called FNB same day, I spoke to the Lady by the name of Khanyisile Mbele and she told me the amount was only reserved for Payment it didn't go through, I Asked her to send me my statement only to find that the amount was deducted off my account on the 2nd of May 2013.

Today the 21st of June 2013 I got A message to Phone Rozanne on 087 577 9292, I called her she asked me when am I going to adjust the amount with a of an attitude and then I told her the problem is with FNB, its your responsibility to fix that she told me that there's nothing on my Name saying I logged the Complaint about the Issue that is what she is seeing on her computer.

I'm just wondering who is the customer between me and FNB.
