PAYMENT OF R1700 STILL NOT ON MY ACCOUNT

I've transferred the amount of R1700 from my FNB account to RCS Game/Mes stores account. The transfer was already 27 May 2013 and the amount is still not reflecting on my account. I've forward all the proof to RCS with no success to trace the amount, or any feedback if I do not follow-up. I'm receiving calls and SMS'e from RCS at 23h00 at night about my arrear account. My account is currently still in arrears and my credit record affected. Is there any assistance available from RCS to get my R1700 on my account?
