Wrongly billed after upgrade - URGENT ATTENTION!!!

I have lodged a complaint via Hello Peter on 14 Jan 2013. Mnt sent me a report on 15 Jan 2013 that the problem will be attended to. Nothing happened!!!

Mtn charged me for the last 4 months for R328.99 on my Samsung S2 contract which should be R269.
To date I have 7 reference numbers and even an email confirming that the package has been corrected. According to my statement on the MTN website for Feb. the amount is correct, but still when my debit order went off on 28/2/2013, the amount of R328.99 was charged. AT that point MTN has deducted R50 x 4 months = R200 incorrectly.

i have gone back in February 2013 to MTN and logged another request that they credit my account with R200. Request no 17470562. I have spoken to Igshaan and he said he will phone me back, which he did not! I have phoned them and spoke to Lee-ann whom phoned and said that they will credit my account with R200, which they did not!!!

1) The contract amount is still incorrect
2) They now owe me a credit of R250 (since a debit order went off in the mean time).

I am disgusted with the fact that no one want to sort out my problem but keeps on taking my money
