This is the second report I am writing on hellopeter to Edgards and Edcon
I am sick and tired of this company. How long must I request them to update my credit profile as I don't owe them anything, anymore. My account is paid up and closed for that matter, but up until today my credit profile hasn't been updated. You know when you owe them it takes seconds to update your credit profile that you are a bad payer, but they decimally fails to do the same if they got what they want mostly, money.
Last week I've wrote them a report on this site, guess what, they haven't responded till this day, you know why? Because is don't owe them anymore, they careless. Well let's see who careless. Now the whole world will know what kind of service does Edcon gives to their customers. Maybe they think they've done enough returnings for the year already.
