The Staff at Foschini Cape Gate needs to go on a client service course. the staff at the makeup area (revlon especially) is so unprofessional and attacks the clients infront of everyone in the store by backchatting them. who does that??? then the manager is so unprofessional and cannot smile, sorry NO ONE in that store can smile. for such a big company, cape gate branch is a dissapointment and imbarrasment for the image of the company. everyone that was standing in line to pay complained about the vibe and attitude of the Foschini staff. if people cannot be professional (especially the managers) then there is something serious wrong with that store. lines were long and staff was standing around talking nonsense and not being helpfull at all. also they tried to sell me broken makeup stock and when i asked for discount they couldnt give me discount - but you want to sell me broken stuff??? i think that store needs to be evaluated - the vibe and the staff needs some serious revamping!
