So, I visited Edgars at Northgate, randburg today to exchange a few items. The lady at customer service was rude and not very helpful regarding the exchange process. Furthermore she was unable to provide answers about the exchange. To make matters worse she allowed 2 customers behind me in the queue to be serviced before me! The attitude in general at this branch was pathetic! The staff definitely need some sort of people management skills!
