Alberton city Foschini staff are not helpful at all. the shop is busy but they only have one lady working at the cashiers desk. when you ask the manager to bring one of the other ladies working at the other stations in the store (which are not busy at all) and might i add, all they are doing is standing around and chatting to one another, her response is that it is not their job to work at the cashiers desk. should all the staff not be versatile to assist in other stations if the store is busy! this is not the first time ive had terrible service at foschini in Alberton city. But when the manager told me its not the staff's "job"to work at the cashiers till it put the cherry on the top.
