Went into your foschini branch yesterday where I wanted to try on pair of shoes, as I walked past the jewellery counter i noticed two ladies sitting and tryingrings on (your staff) not at all bothered with anything going on around them, I stood with a shoe in my hand for about 10 minutes and watched all of your staff turn a blind eye and walk away every time I made eye contact or tried to get their attention even the staff at the tills blatantly ignored me. I am sooooo sick of your store, this is the second time I have gone in there and gotten no service while all of them prance around dong ANYTHING but he;ping customers or even working. I really think your staff need an attitude adjustment course because not once have I actually received service I can say was even close to an acceptable standard. And while Foschini is at it they should start employing people who are customer orientated instead of SELF orientated. Im disgusted and will NEVER go to your store again I honestly wouldnt have the time to try and BEG your staff for service, at the end of the day I am the client!
