Foschini at Trade Route Mall has the worse service.
There is only 1 till available at most times including month end. They dont have queing poles so people are standing all over the place leading to confusion as to who is in line and who isnt.
The cosmetic till wont assist if you buying clothing and wont assist if the lines are long. Neither will the cellphone counter.
They never have anyone standing at the fitting rooms so you not sure if you can just enter or not, staff members will see you waiting there and they will just ignore you, no one to assist at the shoe department as well.
as soon as you enter the sleepware and underwear department, staff follow you in there as if you are a criminal.
Lets not forget about the staffs attitude if you enquire about checking stock of an item at another branch.
The staff should be sent for training on how to deal with people, they have no manners or communication skills.
