Recently on my visit to foschini pietermaritzburg church street while shopping i encounterd inappropriate behaviour from the store manageress when i asked who the person was one of the staff said to me that it was the manageress. The manageress was using such bad words on one of her staff and shouting at the sales lady in full view of all the customers.personally i think this is unacceptable and unprofessionalbehaviour from a store manageress.some body should seriously consider reprimanding this inappropriate behaviour from a store manager.
