Yesterday I went to pay my account, the line was so long in store that I decided to pay at the cosmetic counter, I stood first in the row but there was 2 people already getting helped at the counter, the line started to get long there as well as I stood 20 min to get helped. as I was standing there to get helped another lady came from the back and just went straight forward infront of me and was helped. When I asked about it they told me she was there first as she brought back some clothes and wanted to exchange it for something else. She had cream in her hand and while obstructing everyone still went back when she decided she wants another cream and not the one in her hand. She was walking through the store deciding what she want and still just came to the front and got helped while other people was standing in the line, Why in the world couldn't she just go and stand in line like everyone else and exchange her goods together when it was her turn. now everyone must stand and wait for her to decide what she wants and then just go stand front in the line AND GET HELPED!!! the cashiers had a bad attitude towards me stating I should wait as she was first in the store!!!
