I visisted your store to buy make-up and perfume, but was told Edgars do not stock Dior anymore, because it does not sell. Some other items (blushers, etc) were also unavailable. Expecting to purchase many products, I could honestly only purchase a single foundation. Not believing any of what I was told in store, and walked all the way to Foschini at the other end of the Mall - I was told they could order Dior stock from their Cape Town branch for me and I can have it in 2 days. Also any other product not currently in the store.

It is shocking that your staff lie & refuse to source stock. Your store was completely empty, with only 1 till open. I couldn't complain since there was no customers in the store in any case. It will be no surprise if the store makes very little money.

I was asked at the till if they can up my credit, I declined - it's no use having credit when a store refuses to source & stock products. I am not willing to do business with your West Coast Mall Branch anymore. I will do my purchases from Foschini who is willing to get me what I want, or at an Edgars store in Cape Town that keeps stock.
