I do catering and I went to the Super Spar at Cape Gate yesterday to buy some ingredients for my catering that same day.

I asked the lady for 42 rolls. She returned with 24. I asked her again to make it 42. She got some more and i was presented with 3 bags containing 12 each (as per the bar code sticker) and one bag containing 10. I now had 46 rolls instead of 42, but decided to leave and use the extra rolls for myself.

When I got home and opened the bags, some were so squashed I couldn't really used them and I counted 43. I still had an extra roll, but where is my other 3? I paid for them and could have used them as some of the rolls I had looked terrible.

I had to use what I had and shamefully present them to my customers. And I am still 3 SHORT!!

So what now. If I call them and complain, I will probably be asked to come in at any time to get the missing rolls. I live in Durbanville and I am not going to waste petrol for 3 rolls!!!

Very disappointed!!
