We have been trying to fica since dec. Logged a hellopeter complaint. Ref. 2802130046/60 was supplied by Edgars. We went to Edgars Avenues again yesterday to try fica. Was assisted by Claudia. This poor woman battled for an hour to try speak to the Fica dept. was cut off after holding 14 minutes. Totally crazy. She suggested we leave the forms with her. We phoned now and was advised that we still havent been fica'd.
Our credit limit was cut because we havent been fica'd. Not our problem, we have been sent from pillar to post since December. Why should we re apply for a credit limit if the fault wasnt on our side? Wake the up!!!
