FICA: EDGARS blocked account due to FICA

My mother live with us in our home. We went to FICA inside EDGARS! Date: End of November 2012. Every time that my mother want to use her account they said we must go to customer services because their is a block on this account. In February 2013 we went once again to Edgars to FICA . This time with my mothers letter of pension. My mother have only a Woolworths and Edgars account. Thus she can't use that address as proof of address. LAST week and Friday Edgars ONCE AGAIN phoned FICA. I talked to them and told them once that we gave them the correct proof of address. Today when my mother want to buy something there was once again A PROBLLEM . I phoned Customer services and talked tot NKANDLA MPOSULA. She said she would phone back - half an hour later I phoned back - . She told me that she sent the account number to the FICA people. Every time it means that about 10 customers must wait due to the fact that Edgars must go and phone the FICA office. I wonder what is their telephone account??? How difficult can it be in this modern age to FILE the correct forms??? I told them that I am going to report them tot hellopeter. Thank you. mrs S J KLEINHANS
