BAD FICA client service

Edgars requested FICA documents. As I understand the requirement I complied & supplied documents from the start. However after 2 years and supplying documents over, over & over and many many embarrassing times in front of a till hearing account is blocked - FICA is still outstanding. This after while in the Edgars shop, the person working with the FICA confirmed telephonically documents in order.
Then FICA hold is uplifted just to after a number of months being placed back. NOT being informed except for once - recently
Logged complained on Edgards site around 9 Jan and in between supplying the documents as requested again. 1001140131/GO
AND following up various times - GUESS WHAT - I still have no answer from Edgars and still do not know if this has been resolved. NO telephonic discussion, NO explanation - JUST NOTHING.
Edgars was even advised that the account will be closed. But I guess they just do not care if I look at the service so far and not no resolution since the complaint was logged.
What I have been told is that ABSA is doing the FICA (not sure if correct). However who ever is responsible can this now be resolved or can I at least be advise what is going on.
