My mother (a good customer for 20 years) and i have had to FICA our accounts 4 times. After every try, they say that it has been FICA'ed and that we may proceed with our shopping, but then we find out that it has not been FICA'ed.
After months of phoning customer services and going into Edgars to sort out the problem, they have still not FICA'ed our accounts. We are very disappointed with this service and will eventually take things into serious matters.
