We purchased a Big Green Clean Extreme machine in Dec 2009. July 2012 we noticed that after a few min of using it, the machine would stop spraying water. We brought it in for repair in Aug 2012&specifcally requested this problem be checked out. When we got the machine back in Sep 2012 the same problem still persisted, so we brought it back in to James. He tested it at the store&said we must just take it back home&try cleanin the pipes with water at home. We did that and still the problem persisted. It is a heavy machine we have to lugg around back and forth, never mind that one doesnt always have the time to do that. On the 6th March 2013 we brought the machine back to the store and James tested it once again, he once again booked it in for repair. It is now out of warranty and whatever repairs need to be done on it we have to pay out of pocket for, so James promised to call us with a Quote.10 days later and still no word, so I called the store only to be told James is on leave. Not only do I have to pay out of my own pocket but I cant even get a quote! Should have fixed problem 1st time! UNREAL! How long am I going to be without my machine? The VERIMARK after sales service is disgusting
