We went to Makro Wonderboom on Friday 11 January 2013, we were there a few minutes before 17:30 and just wanted to rush in to quickly buy some cigarettes, thus we believed we had efficient time, but once we reached the door, without hesitation the lady at the door slammed it shut and would not even open it while we were trying to speak to her and indicate that we would just like to buy cigarettes.
This was also a few minutes before 17:30, and even if she did not want to let us in, there was no need to be utterly rude. She could have indicated in a kind manner that the store will be closing and then only closed the door. I feel this is pathetic service and doubt that I will go to Makro again any time soon because of this.
