I went to the store on Saturday and when I entered Busisiwe asked me to live my bag at the door I did so, When I was leaving I went to collect the bag and there were Indian people using the entrance door to exit she told me I must exit with the entrance door go around and she will give me my bag when I'm outside I asked her why must I use the exit door when there are people using the entrance door to exit the store she said they were at the restaurant ok I used the exit door when I was collecting my bag some other Indians were using the entrance door to exit and it was clear that they were not from the restaurant I asked her again why is that she said she did not see them we ended up arguing she said I was immature why I was making it such a big issue but I felt like she did this because I'm black I don't understand why is she working at the floor because her customer service skill are so poor the best place for her I think it's the stockroom. I will be closing my account because of this I was really hurt.
