So eventually my WHITE phone got replaced by Truworths with A SECOND HAND BLACK UNIT! When I raised the concern with Warren at the Cellphone Counter, he started laughing, acting totally unprofessional and with NO CUSTOMER CARE. When I informed him I am going to escalate his attitude to Head Office, he said "let's waai". TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. He phoned the Acting manager talking and laughing in one of the official languages which I unfortunately not understand. IS THIS THE TYPE OF PEOPLE TRUWORTHS EMPLOY???
I then requested a refund, as I am within my rights as the customer under the CPA. "SORRY" WE DO NOT REFUND.
Dear Truworths Please send this report to Michael Mark and Fred Du Plessis, or I will via LinkIn, email, FB, AND THE MEDIA! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
