I went to your store at Horisonview (Village@Horison) on friday the 4th of January 2013 and was absolutely treated very rudely by the superviser who's name is Dira.
It was the first time my wife and I ever walked into that Fish and Chips, so as we walked into the store (whose doors were wide open), the lady ran from the back and slammed the door right in front of us and just said "we're closed".
We walked in and complained about the treatment, and we did not get any help. We then asked for the superviser, it turns she was the superviser, we then asked for the manager and no one could tell us when he is coming back or give us his number because they all claimed they don't know his number. We confronted the lady (Dira) and told her that she was rude, but she maintains that she wasn't rude but was just "closing the door" after she had seen us come in. She then asked us if we "don't know that the store closes at 8", and that simply because the doors were open "doesn't mean they were not closed".
She told us that we have to understand that they need to catch a txi home.
