On the 5/01/14 at 12:45 I walked inside the Cashbuild store and was told that the shop is closed already and I told them that at the door it says that the shop closes at 13:00. The two shop assistants fired back with bad attitude that it is time to cash up and I should know that what is stipulated at the door it includes their 15 minutes to cash up. I told them that I'm going to buy what I need and they are going to help me. While was browsing at the shelves I could hear the same lady rushing out people to pick up whatever they want in a rough and loud voice, a parent to a child approach to come and pay cause the shop was already closed and at that time it was now 12:50. I told the other customers that they should take their time they should never allow them to be bullied. I asked them to change the closing time at the door cause right now it is misleading. This is the same shop that I spent around R50 000 for building material and now I worth nothing. It's not like I'm bound to buy in this shop. Please get your staff trained on customer care basics
