I purchased an LG fridge two months ago and over the weekend I found the fridge door is not closing. I went to Makro to report it and was advised that the call will be logged and that someone would call me the next day to get a technician to come and see it. That was supposed to be yesterday. I have received no call. My fridge does not want to close and I have items in there. I mean, really, what is the delay. Surely - there should be a quick reponse to these type of things. Nomzamo assisted us at returns and filled out the form. I need to know when they will be coming to repair the fridge because I need to make arrangements for that. Please can someone call me to arrange - my fridge is not cold enough and the door is not closing and its quite frustrating!
