On Saturday 17 May my family and I stopped at the Malvern Centre so that i could quickly pop into Clicks to collect my script which is on repeat at Clicks pharmacy, When arriving at the centre we checked if the store was open before parking. As we were walking toward the door at 15:53, they closed the door practically in our faces. I look at my watch as well as the time on my phone and asked them why they were closing as it wasn't 4pm. they were not only rude and uninterested, but almost insulting as they rolled their eyes when i said that i just needed my script from the pharmacy. They said the pharmacy was already closed.
I am most disappointed for a number of reasons, Firstly, i usually shop regularly at this store and have always had a pleasant experience with the tellers. Secondly and on a more serious note, this is a Pharmacy that holds my script, I could not go to the Queensburgh pharmacy next door as I did not have a copy of my script and the next day (Sunday) there was a power failure so the store would have been unable to assist anyway.
I finally did get my script at the Windermere store near my workplace where I will choose to shop in future.
