I just came from the Edgars store in town now because I wanted to pay my account. (Which I was called for by yet another rude gentleman, and asked when I will pay it). My account record is good and I have never missed payments. As I approach the door, I see there is a sign that states that they will be closing at 16:00 on the 13th of Feb (today). I checked my watch and was surprised to see it was 15:50, and when I tried to communicate with the security through the closed door, he blatantly ignored me until he opened the door for a leaving customer. As I approached the door to ask If I cant just please pay my account, another gentleman came towards the door, pulled some faces and pointed at the sign. Then they closed the door in my face and continued to ignore me. So this is how your clients that wants to PAY their accounts get treated? How am I supposed to pay if I get treated so poorly? I am really thinking of closing the account once it's paid in full because I am disgusted with how I was treated, when I was friendly all the time!
