Pick n Pay introduced the smart shopper card which is all well and good except that you have to print out vouchers all the time. Pick n Pay has millions of customers. Now imagine the amount of vouchers printed. Is this being eco frienly Pick n Pay?? In this day and age, with modern technology, why can't everything be done electronically? If there is a suitable voucher to be redeemed, why can't it come off the card electronically?? Too much paper is being wasted! Not good for the environment!! Could the reason also be that for those customers like me who are too busy to check what vouchers are available just lose out on double or triple points on certain items because we didn't print the voucher??? NOT SO SMART SHOPPER CARD!! NOT ECO FRIENDLY!
