Smart shopper number: 7353280020660045. In December 2012 P & Pay Hypermarket advertises a Samsung CeII Phone ON CONTRACT and on the same pamphlet indicated that one can earn 20 000 points on Smart Shopper if you sign this contract. Despite repeated oral queries at Pick & Pay during January and February the points have not been added to our Smart Shopper card. The points are not reflected on the statement. The points indicated on the statement reflect points earned mainly or grocery shopping since we became Smart Shopper members. No points have been redeemed since we started using the card. When investigating please ascertain dates of purchases and points acquired. Proof of payment is available in PDF format on request.
