I am a very loyal SPAR shopper and hardly ever go to Pick'n Pay and just realised again why over this weekend. On Sunday I decided to use all my my smart shopper point (rand value) seeing that i don't go there anymore and its almost mothersday so why not spend it...
The lady helped me very nicely to print the voucher out, did my shopping for a while, waited 30 MINUTES in line, the lady at the till point rang all my things up and when i gave her my voucher, they were conveniently offline - meaning i cant use my voucher!!! I then payed the full amount.
This on the busiest weekend of the month... how surprising!
So i went to the customer service desk so that they can just confirm that my points are still on the card, seeing that they printed out all the points, with no surprise they were unable to help me.
