SMART SHOPPER CARD - WHAT A JOKE

On 25 November 2012, I print my Smart Shopper card voucher at Willowbridge branch for the amount of R206-00. When I got at the till, the amount was first deducted before I should pay the balance, but then the scanner at the till could not read my card and I was told to pay the full amount and apply for a new card, which I did. I was told my old points for the amount of R206-00 would be carried over to my new card. a Form was filled in and faxed through to Pick a Pay Smart Shopper for this purpose. On 23 December 2012, I queried the situation at Willobridge as nothing happened and had to fill in a new application for the transfer of my points, which I did. On 2 February 2013 I enquire again about the transfer of my points at Willowbridge Pick a Pay as nothing happened. At the enqueries, the lady phoned Smart Shopper.
I talked to them myself and told the whole story. I was told that my points for the value of about R2-00 was carried over. I said to her it had to be R206-00. She promissed to investigate and come back to me this passed week. Nothing happened till now. Is smart Shopper Card only to attract customers and not to give them the benefits of it..
