On 2nd of Jan i recived an sms to tell me that i could claim 1000 points as it is my birthday month.
When i went to pick n pay on the 7th of Jan to do my groceries i printed out the Birthday voucher at the Kiosk along with another voucher. When i was done shopping i went to the till where i handed my two vouchers and smart shopper card to the cashier. she then scanned it and proceeded to ring up my purchase. I was at Pnp the Reeds last night to get a few things and thought i would check my smart shopper card points balance. I had 731 points... So where are my 1000 points? Why bother smsing people and having people print out vouchers if you are not going to receive the points.
