I get to pick and pay yesterday after 2pm to buy my lunch, as usual. I get to the till and try to purchase 8ta airtime where I am told that Pick n Pay Towers does not sell 8ta airtime. Not satisfied with the answer as I have purchased this airtime there before. I go to the cigarette counter to inquire. There I am told a different story. I must go to customer services and the will sell it to me. I get there to be assisted by Ivy. Whom I had to wait for as she was busy helping some one else. She get to me greets me and I tell her what I am in need of and she assists me. As she is busy with the transaction I ASK HER: Do you need my smart shopper card? She says No. After I pay on my slip it clearly states I WOULD HAVE EARNED 100 POINTS IF I HAD A SMART SHOPPER CARD. I ask her about this she says its too late there is nothing she can do about it. Is it my fault that I should lose my smart shopper points as a result of your staffs incompetence??? Highly annoyed.
