Smart shopper card machines

I don't swipe my Smart Shopper card at the Smart Shopper machines very often, but when I do, I usually can't print any vouchers because the machines are faulty. The machines in Vaal Mall have often had problems with the touch screens which don't work properly. The Hypermarket (Bedworth Park)'s machine once displayed a message saying that the printer is out of order. The past week I went to the supermarket in SE2, but once again received a message saying that the printer is out of order. I get bombarded with e-mails and sms messages encouraging me to print my vouchers, but how am I supposed to do that if the machines are not working? I suggest Pick 'n Pay focus their attention on better maintenance of these machines, and train their staff to fix problems instead of just saying "the machine is not working". What's the use of having a Smart Shopper Card if you can't print vouchers?
