I went Diepsloot Mall Shoprite, to buy a pack of chicken and other goodies... my good spirit changed when i get to the counter, this teller was busy with her friends speaking in Tsonga ..to start with i dont understand the language, she didnt care i was there, when i asked her to help me she gave a bad look... then i take my staff to the next counter. This is not the first time i get poor service or dirty refridgirators... i dont. Want to mention her name but it would an honour if you train your guys or you will lose customers, i feel insulted by that lady and if it was up to me i was goin to suspend her. I dont know if they take advantage because is Diepsloot., they foget they dont cater only People from there and that we have a choice. I do my groceries at Shoprite every month and im not goin to tolerate this kind of attitude especially in front of other customers again
