I am utterly disappointed in the lack of customer service I have just received from Edgars. I just wasted a whole hour shopping for my children, then when I have to pay I get told they need to do an employmrnt check!! Note that this is not the first time I've sed this account. How can an employment check be done months after I received e card. The lady that first helped me told me there was a system error that blocked peoples accoint, and that I just needed to goto customer services to have my account reactivated. When I get to the customer services desk, after a loooong wait, I get told an employment check needs to be done. To cut the long, sad story, I left there empty handed and VERY annoyed!
