I wanted to purchase clothes and upon presentation of the card was told by the cashier that the account was blocked and should report to customer services with documents to verify my detail.spend more than 2 hours while the consultant was being tosssed from one tel line to another with noresolution in place. After that the consultant said Help desk was off line and should check again on Monday the following week .the monday went to Midrand Edgars again the same process was donem after more than an hour of waiting, i was told the details will be updated in 48 hours. Went to the same branch on Wednesday, the details were stillnot updated. After more than an hour, i was told that the IT was failing to update my passport number backon my account. Apparently my details were updated with an ID number that i dont even know. Edgars Mandela Square and to check if the problem has been rectified, even after giving the consultant previous refer no i have to wait for 48hrs & no answerfeedback. What kind of service is that. I am not going to pay that account until it has been resolved. How does account information get mixed up and istead of a passport no you get an id. How does your it fa
