I bought an eBook from [URL Removed] which unfortunately was not compatible with my ebook reader. I requested a refund on Saturday evening. i received a call this morning from a lovely call centre assistant who told me that i should have a full refund for the purchase in a few days' time. I am a loyal supporter of Kalahari, and i will continue to buy whatever i can from this fanastic business. I just hope that they will be able to start supplying Kindle-compatible eBooks in the future (i.e. no DRM eBooks).
