I purchased an eBook from [URL Removed] and it did not want to download onto my iPad.
I lodged a query on the site on the Saturday of purchase.
by Tuesday Morning Carmen had called me to rectify the problem, she explained step by step what I had to do. All in vain though, as the eBook was too large for my iPad's memory!
Carmen explained this all to me and requested a refund. She said we may have a problem as the pdf version was on my iPad already but she'd speak to her manager and get back to me.
Next morning first thing I received a mail from her saying the refund was approved!
