I just wasted my hours lunch break driving to Fourways mall to go buy a gift card for my sisters birthday today. I was moved from teller to teller in the different departments all OFFLINE and then told to go to Red Square, on the other end of the mall to be told it is also OFFLINE. Why on earth does this happen? What about upgrading your computers so you are not always OFFLINE? Seriously pathetic, so Edgars looses another sale, not that you care anyways based on the attitudes of your staff.
