On 5 February 2013 i took in a Verimark product to Game KLerksdorp and spoke to Elsie whom immediately told me i cannot submit the item to them and have to take it to the mall in Klerksdorp to attend to the problem. The more i try to inform her that i purchased the item there the more she shunned me away. I called Joseph from Game immediately and told him the story. I insisted that he take the item to the correct branch as i bought the item from Game. He took the item to Verimark on 5 Beb the same day. On 23 Feb i have heard nothing regarding this item. I phoned Elsie whom immediately said that this is the reason why i am supposed to take the item directly to the mall. After many calls i lodged a complaint with their head office. The item was only sent to Verimar Potchefstroom on 15 Feb. On 24 Feb i only received the item back. My domestic used the item twice and there we are back to Game on 3 March with no feedback as yet with no lone unit. I have twins 1 month old the one now in hospital with virus. We have to use a broom to clean the house. I am trully disgusted with this poor service. I'll never buy a verimark or Game product again. i'm also cancelling account
