I am highly disappointed with the warranties given by Verimark. I bought the Genesis Turbo from Verimark in January 2012, after watching the awesome advertisements on TV. Although I didnt use it very often I was happy with the product at first. A few months later in August 2012 I took it out to use and the brushes wouldnt turn and there was no suction. I got hold of Verimark immediatly adn they advised that i must bring it in. I did so and i was told that it would be repaired, I then asked If i could rather have a new one, as I am not happy with repairs and they gave me a brand new one. I was told that they cannot give me a new slip for it, I asked why and they said on their side they cannot because it was not actually purchased. I hardly used it again and now in Feb 2012 I take it out again to use and it has the exact same problem - brushes dont turn and no suction! I go back to Verimark only to be told that there is no new warranty when you receive a new item (even though the old was faulty) and since my warranty expired the month before i have to pay for it! How can a store NOT warranty a brand new item, really the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard
