On the 4/9/2013 I was sold an item that had expired last year already, I've tried reporting this matter with the Game head office but I've been sent pillar to post. Transferred from one person to another only for them to hang up on me. The manager wants to refund or replace that item. I do not want any refund. Or that item I just want the head office to investigate this matter and explain to me how is something that expired 11 months ago still doing on the shelf, then you claim to give quality service. Clearly our well being is not a priorority to Game. I am disappionted that such a reputable company could do such. Who knows how many expired goods get sold to us everyday.
