Just about a month ago I bought a vacuum cleaner from Game and paid R3000 for said machine. The machine (I was told) was equivalent to an industrial machine and was the ultimate cleaning machine. My domestic used it once and told me that the old R500 machine sucked better. I took it back just to hear that its a Verimark machine and at to walk to the other end of the mall and then was told that its a Tevco machine and had to return to Game. After speaking to the manager (again), I was told to go back to Verimark and book the machine in. Verimark took it back under duress. No one apologised for any of the inconvenienced caused and no one was interested in giving me a refund as by now I have no faith in any Verimark product or Game Tygervalley.
