I went to Game in Rosebank 2 weeks ago to buy a product that had just gone on special that specific day, only to be told that the item was out of stock. It seems like the store didnt have stock in the first place! I then asked them to check which other stores had stock and they found the item at the Eastgate branch. I was then willing to pay for the item at Rosebank so that it could be reserved and sent to Rosebank whenever possible. I then spoke to the store manager who promised that the Rosebank store would have stock of the item in a few days and that he will definately keep one for me. I called on the day that that stock would arrive and was told that it didnt and he would call me. 2 weeks later, im still waiting for the store to get back to me. I think this is pathetic service from Game. The item in question is a cricket bag and i hope that someone would get back to me to address and resolve this query
