Hi Peter, Do we have quality controllers going to cheese factories to check up on their production process? For the last year I have notice that Parmalats cheese has a MARGARINE taste to it. It is also much softer than in the past. When my son also commented on its bad taste I was prompted to inform you. I have this niggling feeling that they are fooling consumers. Surely cheese is made out of purely animal products and should have a buttery taste. Hope you guys can help
