I purchased the last Homemark TopMop at Game in Kolonnade shopping centre Montana on 27 Feb 2013. It was faulty and when I returned it on 5 Feb 2013 for replacement of the spin bucket, I was told that they do not have any stock. I was referred to the Homemark outlet in die mall where Mr Lucienne Dlomo gladly assisted me very effectively to exchange the bucket. This outlet is not connected to Game and although this implied much administrative work for Lucienne, he nevertheless assisted me. I want to thank Lucienne for his positive attitude to assist me. He really is committed to service delivery and I applaud him for this. I trust that his supervisor/manager will be informed of this compliment and that he will receive the necessary recommendation for good service delivery and keeping up the image of Homemark. Thanks Lucienne I will shop at your outlet again!
