I recently purchased an ice cream machine from Homemark and although all the directions were followed to the letter, all that the thing does is produce a frothy "milkshake". I went to Mall@Reds Game in Centurion on numerous occasions and was not once able to find the Homemark representative in the store. There were times when he/she was off for the day and there were other times that the Game Customer Service person tried getting him/her back to the isle using the PA system to no avail. Why does Homemark have an entire isle of products and nobody to assist customers? I'm still stuck with a product that's useless to me.
